Ventilation Engineering

Ventilation System, Engineering Design Package will include:

 

   Engineering Ventilation design for your *** operation with approximately *** machine drops

 

    Ductwork conceptual drawings, electrical routing, and pneumatic routing.

 

  System equipment specifications, equipment drawings, electrical requirements and pneumatic requirements.

         Specifications will included the bill of material for the major components

 

   Preliminary general arrangement drawings, duct layouts, hood design and placement, and electrical connection diagrams.

 

   Drawing package is completed using AutoCAD, Rel. 2004. Customer shall be supplied 

       with CD-ROM, and two (2) sets of reproducible tabloid size prints

 

   Includes necessary travel costs to inspect and evaluate field conditions.

 

   Engineering calculations for all hoods, and static pressure calculations for system. System engineering and

       calculations will be per the Industrial Ventilation Manual, latest edition

 

   Design incorporates using existing equipment and materials from the *** system, including but not limited 

       to the blower, ductwork, hoods, filters

 

   Package does not include Fabrication detail drawings for duct, transitions, hoods, and hood support 

       brackets. Fabrication drawings available at an additional charge.
